Delivery Information
If your order is placed before 12.00pm, we aim to despatch the same day (providing the item is in stock).

Most parcels will be delivered within 10 business days. We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping. Please note orders for several items might be delivered in more than one parcel (this does not affect the shipping charge which is fixed at $15 regardless of the number of parcels).
The shipping charge is non-refundable.

If anything is out of stock, we'll let you know when we are expecting to receive the items on the Shopping Basket page (so you still have a chance to amend the order).

Payment will only be taken when the goods are despatched.

Easy Returns
A pre-paid USPS return label is provided for your convenience. Attach it to your package and leave it with your postal carrier or take it to the post office. You will not need to pay any postage up front. A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Alternatively send the return by a carrier of your choice to Poetry, Postage Due Unit, US Postal service, North Andrews annex, 3400 N Andrews Ave, FT Lauderdale, FL 33309.

No Quibble Guarantee
Order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that should any item fail to meet your expectations, the Poetry 'no quibble' guarantee allows you to return any goods for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.

How to Order
There are three simple ways to use Poetry online…
-If you know exactly what you'd like to order, use our Fast Order page.
-Alternatively, use the search box to find a specific product (by entering the product code), or a type of product (by entering a characteristic, such as 'Cashmere' or 'Skirt').
-Or if you'd just like to have a look around until something catches your eye, select a category from the left-hand menu and browse away!

To add an item to your shopping bag, click on the color chip that corresponds to the correct size, color and, where applicable, length. (An 'x' instead of a color chip means that the size/color is unfortunately not available.)

When you've finished shopping, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner, then follow the instructions through the checkout process.

To ensure the security of your transaction, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that on any page where you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information sent to us is encrypted to safeguard your details. (Encryption prevents other internet users from accessing this information.) We only accept orders that are placed using this technology.

You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon (Internet Explorer and Firefox) or an image of a key (Netscape) in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. The Poetry website uses cookies to allow customers to add items to the shopping basket. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer at the request of a website.
