Timeless tunic top
It is more slate than blue, doesn't look blue in any light but still a nice subdued shade. The Poetry description describes soft silk velvet, it is way more rayon than silk, very little silk percentage. I like the hand and drape of the fabric and the lower cut to the back. It is just slightly lower in the back, not too much so, would always be in fashion and looks very elegant.
