not what I ordered
The things is - I ordered the midnight blue velvet jacket in size 12 european size - but what I received was the pewter grey coloured jacket instead - the size was fine but I did not want any more grey in my wardrobe and I really wanted that blue colour - sooooo I was parrticularly disappointed with this result - as no-one had called or sent a message regarding the substitution, so it arrived and I was excited until I opened the box......and then I had to pack it all back up and take it to the post office - my question would be - why not call the customer first and save the postage for your company? It does not encourage me to order anything else from Poetry although I think that most of your clothes are very attractive and I like them for the most part. Thanks anyway...Sonia Saint
