Boy, is it hard to spend money with your company!
I've been trying to buy this coat since January, have canceled the order twice because the coat was never available. Today I checked the website, saw the coat, saw no notices about it being unavailable, so started to order it. The order page didn't work. So....I called your customer service number. The very pleasant woman there, Janice, couldn't get the order to take place either, and suggested I call back in an hour, when the website order page would be fixed. That was at 9:40 this morning. It is now 1:20 this afternoon and the order page still doesn't work. Please, can I order it through you? One, U890 linen coat, in Slate, US size 16 @ $169.00. If you can take this order and promise me the coat before I die of old age, please email me at tvwriter@comcast.net, let me know the order has been placed and when I can expect it, and I will give you my credit card number to pay for it. Graceful, flattering jacket
This long jacket in heavy washed linen is the most flattering garment in my closet. The dropped waist is different, as is the inverted pleat in the back (from waist to hem). I'm pretty short, so the three-quarter-length sleeves are bracelet-length on me, and the jacket itself is almost knee-length. The Hessian color is an easy-to-coordinate neutral, too. I'm really pleased with this purchase, despite the rather hefty price tag.
