Clean and modern, our cotton tape knitwear is in a heavier-gauge which has a lovely weight to it and a more structured, chunky appearance. Perfect for making fully fashioned sweaters, longline cardigans and knitted jackets in a range of different stitches.
The fibres are sourced from Australia and yarn-dyed to create bold, solid colours. Once spun, each panel is knitted to the shape of the garment which therefore creates less wasteage. Panels and trims are attached using a hand-linking machine, resulting in a premium, high-quality garment.
Focused on creating low volume, high-quality garments, our Hong Kong based supplier is owned and managed by Jackie, recently with the involvement of his charming son Chapman. It is always a pleasure to visit Jackie and receive a sample from him as he nearly always interprets the design so well.
We use GOTs certified cotton tape. GOTs is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres. Backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain, all steps in the processing, manufacturing and trading of organic textiles are covered by GOTS.
