Beautifully practical lace-up boots from footwear brand Penelope Chilvers. Handmade in Spain with an Italian cowhide upper, they are lined with shearling with felted wool insoles. With chunky rubber soles for grip. Upper 100% cowhide leather, lining 100% shearling, sole 100% rubber
