Fibre
The flax used to make our linen is grown in France, where the flax plant needs minimal water, energy, pesticides, and fertilisers to grow, making it one of the most naturally sustainable fibres.
Fabric
Our pure linen knitwear has a beautifully textured feel, showcasing the natural irregularity of linen while retaining the graceful drape and flexibility of knitwear. The yarn features beautiful mélange colours, created by dyeing the fibres before spinning to achieve rich depth and subtle colour variation. Each panel is knitted to the shape of the garment which therefore creates less wastage. Panels and trims are attached using a hand-linking machine, resulting in a premium, high-quality garment.
Factory
Our supplier is based in China, in a small factory that specialises in fine-gauge knitwear. We have been working closely with Jerry and his team since 2012.
