Fibre
Silk is a filament fibre which means the fibre length is very long. This is why silk is both softer and stronger than all other natural fibres. Our premium-quality silk is sourced and spun in China.
Our cotton is grown in China, Hebei province, and processed and spun in Zhejiang Province.
Fabric
Silk and cotton jersey is unique fabric that combines the luxurious feel of silk with softness of cotton. The jersey fabric is lightweight and smooth with subtle silky sheen. The fibres are 'top' dyed before being spun into yarn. This process results in beautiful melange colours and a softer hand feel.
Factory
Our jersey garment supplier is based in Zhejiang province, near Shanghai, China. They are experts in working with fine linen and silk jersey fabrics and we have been working with them since 2008.
