Fibre
Lyocell fibres are made by using a closed-loop production process that transforms wood pulp into cellulosic fibres with high resource efficiency and low environmental impact. This solvent-spinning process recycles process water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate of more than 99%.
Our wool and cotton fibres are sourced from Australia.

Fabric
The fabric is blend of cotton, lyocell and wool fibres. Lyocell giving the fabric drape, cotton softness and wool warmth. The fabric is woven in fine 2/2 twill structure and looking closely one can see fine diagonal lines running across the fabric revealing its twill weave structure. The yarn is dyed before weaving so we can combine different colours of yarn in the warp and weft to create beautiful colour patterns in the finished fabric.

Factory
We have been working with our partners based in China to develop this fabric all the way from the yarn to the finished product. We have been working with Cong and Sunny since 2014 and they have been specializing in linen textiles for generations. Their innovation and impeccable quality mean we can bring our ideas to life and develop special woven fabrics using all-natural fibres.
