Our beautifully woven linen fabric uses melange yarn to create a special colour effect. The fabric is made for carefree summer outfits like dresses and skirts.
The flax used to make our linen is grown in France, where the flax plant needs minimal water, energy, pesticides, and fertilisers to grow. The linen fibres are dyed in different colour batches and mixed together to spin a melange yarn. When woven melange yarn gives our fabric the unique wavy colour pattern visible in the detail of the cloth. Our finished garments are then washed for a relaxed and laundered appearance.
We have been working with our partners based in Shenzhen to develop this fabric all the way from the yarn to the finished product. We have been working with Cong and Sunny since 2014 and they have been specializing in linen textiles for generations. Their innovation and impeccable quality mean we can bring our ideas to life and develop special woven fabrics using all-natural fibres.
