Fibre
Silk is a natural filament fibre, meaning its fibres are exceptionally long and continuous. This gives silk its distinctive combination of remarkable softness, natural lustre and exceptional strength, making it one of the most refined and durable natural fibres. Our silk is sourced in China.
Our cashmere comes from Inner Mongolia, where cashmere goats graze freely and herdsmen follow appropriate standards of animal welfare and land management.

Fabric
The beauty of our fine-gauge silk and cashmere knitwear lies in the combination of these two luxurious fibres. Silk provides elegant drape, a subtle lustre and a beautifully smooth feel against the skin, while cashmere adds exceptional softness and natural warmth. The fibres are top dyed before being spun into yarn, a process that creates beautiful mélange colours with depth and a soft hand feel. Each panel is knitted to the shape of the garment, reducing yarn waste. The panels and trims are then attached using a hand-linking machine, resulting in a beautifully finished, premium quality garment.


Factory
Our supplier is based in China, in a small factory that specialises in fine-gauge knitwear. We have been working closely with Jerry and his team since 2012.
