Fibre
Our cashmere comes from Inner Mongolia, where cashmere goats graze freely and herdsmen follow appropriate standards of animal welfare and land management. We use only Grade A cashmere fibres. Our superfine cashmere measures just 15.8 microns in diameter and has an extraordinary staple length of 55–75 mm, ensuring exceptional softness and durability.
Fabric
Our superfine cashmere knitwear is almost twice as fine as our regular range. Perfectly suited to the warmer months, it is knitted in a fine gauge to create a lightweight, near-sheer quality. The result is exceptionally light and wonderfully soft knitwear with natural thermoregulating properties. Despite its delicate appearance, the unusually long premium cashmere fibres provide strength and durability. The fibres are top dyed before being spun into yarn, a process that creates beautiful mélange colours with depth and a soft hand feel. Each panel is knitted to the shape of the garment, reducing yarn waste. The panels and trims are then attached using a hand-linking machine, resulting in a beautifully finished, premium quality garment.
Factory
Focused on creating low volume, high-quality garments, our Dongguan, near Hong Kong, based supplier is owned and managed by Jackie, recently with the involvement of his charming son Chapman. It is always a pleasure to visit Jackie and receive a sample from him as he nearly always interprets the design so well.
