We chose to work with Finnish design company Mifuko because it blends modern Nordic style with traditional African craftsmanship. Handmade in rural Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana, each unique piece carries the name of its maker, reflecting both authenticity and artistry. Founded in 2009 by friends Mari and Minna, Mifuko’s mission is to bring joy to customers while improving the welfare of women and their communities in rural Africa.
