DELIVERY

Our parcels are delivered by FedEx and despatched from our warehouse in the heart of England to the USA.

FedEx delivery – $15.00

Parcels will be despatched within 2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after despatch.

Our FedEx delivery service is trackable through the FedEx website. You will receive your personal tracking link through your order despatch email. Please note that orders for several items might be delivered in more than one parcel (this does not affect the shipping charge which is fixed regardless of the number of parcels). The shipping charge, including any taxes on shipping, is non-refundable.

We regret that FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Box or Armed Forces addresses.

If the value of your order is over $2,500, as part of standard US Customs and Border Protection import regulations, you may be contacted by FedEx prior to delivery in order to provide some additional personal information required for clearance.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your item(s) is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you at checkout.

All in-stock items are usually despatched in a single parcel, with a few exceptions such as footwear which is always despatched separately. Items on backorder will be despatched as soon as they become available. You will only ever be charged once for postage, regardless of how many parcels your goods are despatched in.

Local tax may apply and if that is the case, the total value of the order will be adjusted at checkout. The amount of sales tax charged can depend on many factors including the value and type of item purchased and the policy of individual states.

You will not be charged for any import duties as these are paid by POETRY®. If you are charged any additional duties or fees, please contact our customer care team.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from us with your unique FedEx tracking link. This way you can follow the progress of your POETRY® delivery from our warehouse in England to your front door.

Signatures are mandatory on receipt of all FedEx shipments over $800, however if your parcel is expected to be delivered when you are not at home, you have an option to manage it.

Simply register for free here and sign up for FedEx’s Delivery Manager tool. Once registered, among other features you can do the following:

– Receive package alerts
– Hold for pickup
– Leave your parcel in a safe place
– Request vacation hold for up to 14 business days

If you do not request otherwise via FedEx’s Delivery Manager tool, your parcel will be left on your property if it is deemed to be safe.

Stock Availability

If a style is out of stock because we are awaiting delivery, that will be indicated when add an item into your basket. You can pre-order that style and you will be advised of the latest expected despatch date when you add the item into your basket.

If a style is out of stock because we have sold out of, you are still able to place a back-order in case that item comes back into stock at a later date. If we are unable to fulfil your order within 14 days, we will send you an email to let you know.

An item on pre-order or back-order will not delay the delivery of an in-stock item.

You will only be charged postage once, no matter how many parcels are sent to fulfil your original order.

All orders, of in-stock items, items on pre-order or back-order are only charged for on despatch. We do not charge when you place your order.

Payment methods

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. Card payments are subject to a $10,000 limit.

Your credit/debit card or PayPal will be charged for the value of the goods only when your POETRY® items are despatched. Please note that any items on backorder will only be charged once they are back in stock.

Contract

Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and POETRY® for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you.

A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s) and therefore the charge to your credit/debit card or PayPal account.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are not subject to a credit card foreign transaction fee. Should you be charged a foreign transaction fee, please contact us for advice on how to claim this back from your payment provider.

We cannot offer refunds for foreign transaction fees incurred through PayPal orders. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value.

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

We are happy to fulfil orders to most countries and we use FedEx for orders to the rest of the world. All orders are fully trackable, and all import duties and local taxes are covered by us.

You will receive an email directly from FedEx with your unique tracking ID once your order has been despatched, where you can track your order through the FedEx website and mobile app.

Deliveries to the rest of the world take up to 10 working days.

For orders to Liechtenstein and Switzerland, delivery takes up to 5 working days and we charge $20.00.

These delivery charges are non-refundable and only apply once per order, even if the items are despatched in more than one parcel.
