RETURNS

Our Returns Policy

Order confidently from us, knowing you may return any products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached. We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be received and processed in our warehouse, it can take slightly longer during busier periods.

You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your original transaction.

We are authorized to withhold the refund until the earliest of the following two:

– Until we get the goods back or
– Until you provide proof that the goods have been returned

Please attach the prepaid FedEx label to the original packaging and take the parcel to your local FedEx Office.

Alternatively send the return by a carrier of your choice at your own cost to POETRY® Returns, 3580 NW 56th St, Suite 102, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309.

Please ensure that you include your returns paperwork in with your return. If you no longer have the paperwork, please include a letter with your contact details and a short explanation regarding your return.

A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Return Label

If you need a replacement return label, please call us on 1 888 369 3616. Our lines are open from ET 7am to 5:30pm and PT 7am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Faulty Returns

Unfortunately, garments can occasionally be faulty, either due to a manufacturing issue or through wear. If you identify a fault on delivery, please return the item using the enclosed returns label and we will replace it (subject to stock availability).

If the item is returned within our 30-day returns period and we are unable to replace it, we will issue a full refund.

If your item develops a fault within the first 12 months of wear but outside of our 30-day returns period, please request a free returns label. Please also include as much detail as possible to help us understand the issue. We will usually offer a replacement (subject to availability), a repair, or a gift card of the same value.

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased more than 12 months ago.

REST OF THE WORLD & US TERRITORIES

Returns from the rest of the world are at the recipient's cost including any additional taxes or charges that you might incur through returning your order. Please return the items to POETRY® Returns, 2 Rothley Lodge, Loughborough Rd, Leicester, LE7 7NL, United Kingdom.
