As the first sustainable hosiery brand, it produces high-quality tights in Italy using over 80% recycled materials and renewable energy, while pioneering circular solutions such as its recycling programme which transforms old tights into long-lasting design pieces.

We chose to work with Swedish Stockings as we believe in its commitment to sustainable production without sacrificing great quality or design. Each year, 8 billion pairs of tights are produced, worn once and then discarded, making hosiery women’s biggest wear-and-tear clothing item. Swedish Stockings are designed to last longer and are produced from recycled materials and natural fibres. Its factories only use responsible production processes and renewable resources. Through its recycling programme, it collects old, discarded tights and turns them into designer tables. The life span of the tables adds years to the total life cycle of the hosiery.
